Reservation Policy

You agree to make only legitimate reservations in good faith for yourself and your invited guests. Reservations must not be used for resale, improper assignment, posting on third-party websites, or for speculative, false, or fraudulent purposes. Reservation in anticipation of demand or for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy and Changes to Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, Cabo Inn Hotel may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, including but not limited to discrepancies in pricing or availability. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies and reserve the right to correct, modify, cancel, or improve hotel information, products, and programs at any time without notice, even after a reservation has been confirmed.

Deposit Policy

No deposit is required to book a room. However, your credit card details will be collected and verified. The card will be charged in the event of a cancellation fee, no-show, or other applicable charges.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited on hotel premises, including rooms, public spaces, and outdoor areas. A fee of $100 USD (or equivalent in local currency at the daily exchange rate) will be charged for any smoking in the room. It is also illegal to smoke (including vapes) in any public space within Los Cabos.

Payment Policy

Full payment for reservations is due at the time of check-in.
