You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you and your invited guests only, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
Cabo Inn Hotel Information may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including but not limited to inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your transaction. The Cabo Inn Hotel does not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions, and shall have no obligation to honor reservations or information affected by such inaccuracies. The Cabo Inn Hotel reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to the Cabo Inn Hotel Information, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is free if a reservation is cancelled with at least 72 hours notice prior to the check-in time. If cancellation occurs with less than 72 hours notice prior to the check-in time your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of either 20% of the reservation or a full night’s rate plus tax, whichever is higher (to include taxes).
No Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation (to include taxes).
Deposit Policy: No deposit is required up front to book a room; however, your credit card number will be required and verified for charging in the event of a cancellation or no show.
Pet Policy: $10.00 per night will be charged for pets (breeds and weight restrictions may apply).
Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted on our premises; however, not in our rooms. Breaking this policy will result in an automatic $100.00 room cleaning fee.
